I have booked a ticket and I need a hotel, can you help me finding this?

Can I get a student discount when booking online?
No, we need to see your student card when booking. Please bring your student identity card along when travelling.
Are minors allowed to travel alone?
Children aged 16 years and above are allowed to travel alone. Children under the age of 16 years need to be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years and above.
Which routes do you sell?

Is it safe to use my Credit Card on the Internet?
Yes - your credit card details are secured when booking at Eurolines. Look for the yellow safe lock in the bottom right corner of your browser.
When this is shown you credit card details are encrypted. The information will be send directly to PBS in Denmark who handles all online transactions in Denmark.
I try to book a ticket - but the price is not shown.
After completing step 1+2 in the online booking you enter step 3. Here you need to enter your name and age to get the exact price.
I haven't got a Credit card - but I want a ticket. What should I do?
You should contact your nearest Eurolines office or agent to get a ticket.
Where does the coach depart from?
Most Eurolines coaches depart from a coach terminal. Normally you will find these close to the train station near to the city centre. To find a specific departure point – click here.
When do I need to be at the departure point?
When travelling from Scandinavia you need to be at the departure point 30 min. before the scheduled departure. In Hamburg, Amsterdam, Bruxelles you need to check-in at least 30 min. before departure. In Paris and London at least 60 min. before departure.
Do I need to check in?
Normally no, only when travelling from Hamburg, Amsterdam, Bruxelles you need to check-in at least 30 min. before departure. In London and Paris - 60 min.
How often do you make stops?
When travelling with Eurolines regular stops are made every 3-4 hours.
Is it possible to buy snacks and refreshments onboard the coach?
There is no meal service onboard our coaches. However regular stops are made where you will have the time to get something to eat and drink.
Can I bring my own food and refreshments onboard?
Yes, you may bring your own light meals onboard the coach.
Is it possible to choose a sleeping chair?
No, Eurolines uses normal reclining seats solely.
Can I bring my pet onboard the coach?
Animals are not allowed onboard our coaches.
How much luggage am I allowed to bring?
You are allowed to bring 2 pieces of luggage. The maximum size is 70cm * 80 cm * 20 cm per piece of luggage. Large boxes are not allowed.
Can I bring a pram on the coach?
No, due to limited storage room we cannot accept to carry prams.
I forgot some of my belongings onboard the coach, what should I do?
We can search for your belongings. However the coach has a long route and it can be difficult to recover the belongings. Since lost luggage and belongings are not compensated passengers are recommended to take a special luggage insurance.
Can I get my bicycle with me?
No, bicycles are not allowed onboard our coaches.
I have a ticket with an "open return" and I want to book it - what should I do?
You can either contact the nearest Eurolines office or contact the office where you bought the ticket. Please notice you may be charged a minor booking fee.
I am travelling on the Eurolines pass and I want to book a ticket. Can I book it on the Internet?
It is not possible to book tickets on the Internet when travelling on the Eurolines Pass. Instead you should visit the nearest office from where you are travelling to get a ticket.
Can I require a specific seat?
Our coaches have free seating to allow passengers to find a seat of their own choice.
Can I pass over my ticket to another person?
Tickets are personal and are non-transferable.
